Please bear in mind that we are in Australia and it takes 3-4 hours to do each website AFTER we receive the email about the form. We open our email both morning and night but if you need a website in a hurry, we suggest you get one of our Instant Websites

Overseas: No orders taken after the 25th November.
Australia: No orders taken after the 10th December.
Overseas letters are posted on the 1st December or just after. Australia's last postal date is the 15th December. This is to make sure that children receive their letter before Christmas.
If you order after the order dates, you will get a letter the following year. You will be sent a link later to choose your paper and fill in all their details for your Santa Letter. Just click on the two pink fairies under the information form.
